By placing an order with Theego, you agree to the following terms. These cover ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and more—so everyone knows what to expect.

1. Contract

All orders placed on Theego are considered an offer to purchase our products. A contract exists once we have received and accepted your order. You’ll receive an automated email confirming your order has been received. Please note: this confirmation is not acceptance of the order, just acknowledgment of receipt.

2. Description & Price of Goods

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images. Slight variations may occur due to natural materials or display differences.

•Prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

•Large orders (over £50 or 10 items) may be subject to stock availability checks. We will contact you immediately if any items are unavailable.

We reserve the right to update prices without notice. In the rare case an item is underpriced, you will be offered:

1.Place a new order at the correct price.

2.Cancel the item/order entirely.

3.Remove the mis-priced item(s) and reconfirm the order.

3. Payment

Payment is required before dispatch. We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna BNPL, and advance deposits where applicable.

Website prices are in GBP (£). Orders under £3 items net will incur a £1 small order fee to cover picking and packing.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive courier deliveries between 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

•Standard delivery times: 3–5 working days (postal 7 working days for non-tracked items).

•Working day = any day excluding weekends or public holidays.

•For courier deliveries, if no one is present, a calling card will be left and re-delivery arranged. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

For heavy or pallet deliveries, please ensure a contact number is available for the courier.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the product weight and destination at checkout. Ownership passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Notify us in writing (email or contact form).

•If the order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the items at your own cost.

•Amendments to orders are only possible before dispatch and limited to delivery address changes.

7. Warranty & Faulty Items

All products have a 6-month warranty unless stated otherwise (excluding consumables).

•Notify us within 72 hours for faulty items.

•For items under £15 (excluding silver jewellery), photographic evidence may be requested instead of a return.

•Replacement items are shipped within 3–5 working days once a fault is verified.

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us immediately. We will advise on return or replacement. Do not place duplicate orders—this may delay your replacement.

8. Returns Procedure

We make every effort to check items before dispatch; however, the suppliers do most of the quality control. Due to the nature of the products we sell, some of these products may become damaged or faulty in transit. If an item is delivered to the buyer damaged or faulty, THEEGO will make every effort to resolve the matter fast and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page. 

Please note, THEEGO does not offer monetary or non-monetary compensation (i.e. in the form of goods or services) for the loss of potential sales due to damaged/ faulty/ missing/ incorrect items delivered or delays in delivery. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings, unless they are unopened, in original packaging and have never been used. 

8a. Item(s) damaged/ faulty on receipt:

Please inform us of any damages/ missing items/ faulty items within 3 business days from the receipt of your order. If an item is damaged on receipt, please contact us via email to report the issue. Please quote the order reference number and the item code of the damaged item. In most cases, we will request a photograph of the item to be emailed to us (including the item code and the order number).

We will credit the account for the value of the damaged item(s). On occasion, we may request that the item(s) be returned to us. In such cases, we will provide you with a copy of a Returns Form for your customer to fill in and further instructions on how to return the item(s), which depend on the value/size of the return. Please note: credit, rather than a refund or replacement, will be offered for damaged/ faulty items. 

8b. Items missing from order: 

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us via email or online chat, stating your order number and the item code. Please make sure you report missing items within 3 business days from the delivery date of your order. We will credit the account for the value of the missing item(s). Please note: credit, rather than a refund or replacement, will be offered for missing items. 

8c Items sent in error 

If you have received any items you have not ordered, please inform us of this as soon as possible. In most cases, we will be able to arrange a collection for the items or provide a prepaid return label. If you have been charged for the items sent in error by Theego, we will process a refund for the goods.

8d. Items ordered in error by the Buyer: 

If you have ordered incorrect item(s) or too many items, please contact us to report this within 3 working days of the delivery date of your order. Please always quote your order number, the item code and the quantity of the items you wish to return. Once this is reported, we will send you a Returns Form to fill in and include with the returned items. Please note that we will not be able to credit the return postage for items ordered incorrectly or in error. If the return is large, we can offer to book a collection for it for a fee of £7.50+VAT for the UK mainland. On receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your account. The original delivery cost will be deducted from the credit note.9. Out of Stock Items

We maintain stock as accurately as possible. If an item is out of stock:

  • Your invoice will reflect the missing item(s).
  • Credit will be applied to your account, or refund issued upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

Theego is not liable for loss or damage that:

  1. Is not caused by breach of legal duty.
  2. Could not reasonably have been foreseen.
  3. Results from the customer’s actions or breach of contract.

11. Data Protection

We take all reasonable measures to protect your data. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except for delivery purposes.

12. Images

All product images are illustrative. Variations may occur due to natural materials or display differences.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the English courts.

14. Security

All customer information is treated securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

15. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

  • The contract is between Theego and you, the customer.
  • All obligations for shipping, returns, and refunds are fulfilled by Theego.

16. Cosmetic Products

Please perform a patch test before using any cosmetic product. We disclaim liability for misuse.

17. Misuse & Liability

We are not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse of products.

18. Registration & Login

You must register to access product prices. Provide company or personal details to complete registration.

19. Returns of Cosmetic Items

Unwanted cosmetic items must be reported within 3 days of receipt and returned within 7 working days. Refunds apply to the item cost only.

Delivery times may be extended during holidays (e.g., Christmas).

Standard delivery terms apply to upgraded services.
